Becoming a better runner is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone.

One of the hardest parts of starting a running journey is realizing that with progress it can get harder. As you advance from your first mile to longer distances, training becomes more nuanced, recovery more crucial, and balancing running with life gets increasingly challenging. Unfortunately, this complexity can often derail progress and crush motivation.

I know what it’s like. I’ve been immersed in competitive running for over 15 years, first as a Division I athlete, then as a coach, experiencing firsthand the challenges that come with pushing your limits. It was during my own struggles that I realized proper guidance could make all the difference – that complexity doesn’t have to derail your running journey (or your confidence for that matter). I learned that no runner has to figure everything out alone. And neither do you.

With my Exercise Science degree experience, I’ve had the honor of helping dozens of runners – from frustrated beginners to plateaued veterans – create clear and achievable training plans, identify their key limiting factors, and develop sustainable running habits that lead to lasting success. Together, we can cut through the complexity of training principles, injury prevention, and race preparation to help you become the runner you’ve always wanted to be.
